As a Timber Specialist Contractor utilizing our in-house engineers we managed to work in smaller and large scale contracts ranging from garden structures to resorts construction works; in Singapore including Hillington Green, Astrid Meadows Condominium in 2002. Everitt Green condominium, The Trevose condominium in 2006. Huvafen Fushi & Reethi Rah Resorts in Republic of Maldives in 2003-2004. For calendar year between 1997-2001 in Singapore, members of Sejati Pte Ltd were technically involved / assisted many companies including Landscape companies in design, procurement and installation of timber structures for various projects including National Park projects ie Botanic Gardens Visitor Center, Labrador Park, Ubin Resort, Bayshore Park Condominium etc.For Export components, we work direct with the best manufacturers by design and supervise the production of each piece from selection of grade A teak wood, balau, rubber, Nyatoh, Merbau, Bilian wood to the final sanding, vanishing and packaging.
